6 Weird Things About Vincent Chow

This is another blogosphere tagging thingy. I’ve been tagged by Fuad of Tech Scope to write 6 weird things about myself.

Rules & Regulations: Each player of this game starts out by giving 6 weird things about themselves. People who get tagged need to write in a blog of their own 6 weird things as well as state the rules clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. After you do that, leave them each a comment letting them know you tagged them and to read your blog!

6 weird things about myself? Not really sure what’s weird about myself, but here’s a few I could think of.

  1. I’m left-handed
  2. My other hand will automatically try to catch the shuttlecock when I miss it with my racket, while playing badminton
  3. I clean, defrag, optimize and run other such programs to make my computer work better when there is no internet connection. This is because I have nothing much else to do when there isn’t internet connection.
  4. I can’t run for a long time, I feel pain in my stomach if I run too long
  5. I feel good when I hit the publish button each time I write a post
  6. I’m bad in drawing or designing
  7. I’m always not happy with my blog’s look. No matter how many times I change its theme (Anyone kind enough to offer me to make a custom cool theme for this blog, for free?)

I actually don’t like to concept of tagging. It looks spammy, but whenever I’m tagged in such case, I will try my best to complete it (Actually I’ve been tagged only twice including this one). So, it’s time to tag someone else. I don’t really have any close friends in the blogosphere, so I some of the bloggers I tag below might not even know who I am. Anyway, here’s my list:

  1. John Chow of John Chow dot com
  2. Everton Blair of Connected Internet
  3. Amit Argawal of Digital Inspiration
  4. Fauzi Mohd Darus of CypherHackz.Net
  5. Spluchsters of Spluch
  6. Kumiko of Oan
  7. Peggy Chow of Peggy.us.to

Of all the wat bloggers I’ve tagged above, some of them are big blogs with a great number of readers every day. Let’s see how those big boys response to tag games like this one. My guess is most big boys wouldn’t give a damn to these type of tagging thingy, except when it is origin by someone popular. Well, I’m not one of course.

Why I tag 7 people when the rules say 6? Because I’ve forgotten my sister – haha, and when I tell her, she says she wants to be tagged. o.o

  2. They’re interesting enough but I’m not a big fan of these “tag” memes. My concern is the potential to dilute the focus of one’s blog.

Like you, I’m guessing the big boys and girls will probably ignore these types of requests.

  3. @Robert: So far only 2 bloggers responded I guess. I thought I will not post this too, but I feel rude to do so, so I posted it. Actually, it might help a little for readers to know more about you.

    @Shiok: That’s a pepper, not carrot. :D

  4. after being tagged by a friend (which I think is rude too by if i did not reply), i only tagged *normal blogggers” that have never been tagged before so that the rich won’t get richer by seo, and the poor will get poorer. It seems that only you respond to my tagging request and thanks for that. Those big bloggers must remember that we do not live alone. big blog or small blog, each one of them own a space in the blogosphere, no matter who you are.
