It is a 3 storey house with only one meter wide and 10 meters tall – along with 2 rooms, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms with washrooms and a veranda. However, it’s a little wider at the back of the house, the kitchen part – which is 2 meters. The narrow house is located in Madre de Deus, Brazil – designed and owned by Helenita. It’s unique, but things will turn bad if there’s fire. How would people run out of the 1 meter wide building quickly when there’s emergency? Too, the house ain’t for big size people for sure =X More images to go after the jump.

wow, that’s a space saver. the owner herself looks very happy with what she had designed although it looks….ugly at the outer part.
Unique. Well, she’s happy, that’s all it matters for her.
I would go for more spacious living though..
wow..looks very narrow from the outside.. but the interior looks is quite nice :p
