I don’t think you could be sue just by saying the name that Red Hair guy. Many advertisements do this all the time, especially on televison (commercials). It’s a competition.
This is one is funny though. The girl in the counter seems very happy (she is smiling). She maybe a fan of the Red Hair guy.
Note: I didn’t mention his name either. I don’t want to get sue like you. haha.
