We never asked for war! We wanted peace talks to get them out of China but it was Japan who lured into peace talks then decided to try and obliviate our Pacific Fleet. Who cares if it was civilians or military. America ended it period. Because you would never be good enough to serve your country doesn't mean the lives of those men and women serving were any less valuable! Remember Pearl Harbor is just like remember 9-11. Eye for an eye! War like everything else has evolved with the times. I doubt you would see anything of that magnitude used by the US ever again.

Actually statistics have shown that if we had tried to invade Japan in the only way we knew how at that time (d-day style) then we would have lost approximately a million u.s. soldiers and about half a million british. This is already a million and a half and we aren't including the deaths of the japanese.

Yeah! That was all about peace and unity. Pearl harbor we lost like 2,403 or something like that and those were mostly soldiers and sailors and like 63 I think civilians and the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were like around nearly half a mil. So thats a lot of bullshit when you think about the fact that we as a country want to be safe and peaceful yet we bully smaller countries and make the excuse that THEY have "weapons of mass destruction". Yeah Yeah Fuck America! Yeah I know people usually say that "this is the best country in the world" you ever run into them assholes or how about my favorite "if you dont like it then get the hell out" I just say fine give me the money the passport and yes I would be more than happy. Oh yeah and by the way didn't our own military use their own soldiers as test subjects for nuclear radiation and shockwave effects.

:( It Sickens me!! Seeing these pictures! I watched a documentary called White Light/Black Rain. I cried seeing the innocent victims of the bombings...Men, women, CHILDREN! INFANTS! None of them realized what was going to happen! Yeah, the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor. But, that was nothing compared to Hiroshima and Nagasaki. There were alot more casualties. They didn't deserve all of that. If we keep on going by the mentallity that "What goes around, comes around", war will never end and they're will be another Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
