I have a fear of the color green. I have no idea where I can get help for it. I can’t look at certain shades…I start panicking. Last week, I was looking for a house to rent, and the owner took me on a tour of the house. Unfortunately, one bedroom had a bright green wall in it. I tried not to run out of the house.
My other two biggest fears are being sucked into a propeller (I can’t even look at ships anymore, because I know how big those things are), and I am afraid of tall buildings, cranes, ships, and any large planes.
I have other smaller fears, but thinking of these make me want to hyperventilate.
Did I also mention that my name is Kelly, a shade of green?
well that sucks your name is in green lol

I fear chalk, like alot.
Today in class my math teacher asked me to do an example on the bored, i asked him if i could do it on my paper. He said no and i didnt want to be made fun of by saying i was afraid of chalk, so i ended up going up there. It seemed like it took me an hour to get to the front of the class. My hands were sweaty and i couldn’t breath… I picked up the chalk and held it tight and as i wrote it broke in half and you could see my sweat marks on the bord and i just broke down and started freaking out.
This same thing happened to me in my spanish class once, several years ago. I didn’t freak out til after I was done, though. I managed to get up there, and suck it up and write… I nearly bit a whole through my cheek trying to keep myself from freaking. Finally it was done, and I went back to my desk… and then I started to cry. I could not get the feel of it off my hands, or out of my mind for the whole day, and eventually I was sent home. It was humiliating to be the “weird chalk girl” every single day of school after that. You’re not alone in your fear.
i have a fear of buttons and bananas
Im afraid of football I can’t catch a single football without freaking out
My bigest fearz are pigeonz , and if a wet cloth has bin dr 4 a while I kant tch it x
I have an extreme fear of cameras, example: any camera pointed at me, any sounds that remind me of a camera shutter, single white flashes of light, or people near me having their pictures taken. (this is called photogophobia) Any time any of what was listed happens to or near me, I have severe mental breakdowns/panic attacks. One time in the hallway at school, my friend took a picture of me because she thought I was kidding, and I started sobbing uncontrollably and hyperventalating to the extent that I had to go home. (yes I made her delete it.)
I also have a fear of medium to large size fish. By medium I mean anything bigger than a goldfish. I have night terrors about fish, and I absolutely LOATHE aquariums. I guess that last part is in no way surprising, eh? I think it started when I was little (maybe 6 or 7) and I was on my uncle’s boat. I was climbing down the little ladder on the back of it, onto one of those wooden deck things, because there were what looked like tiny little white jellyfish things floating on top of the water that I wanted to see. Well, apparently only the very top of the ladder was actually CONNECTED to the boat, so it swung out and I fell into the water. Let me tell you, being in basically the middle of the ocean, as a little girl, just imagining what could be swimming under me in that blackness of water was absolutely TRAUMATIZING. Not to mention, my dad just laughed with his friends while drinking his beer as I just floated there in my little life jacket screaming. Apparently they thought my reaction was funny. (I should probably mention that no, this is not illegal, some of my dad’s friends and their kids were jumping in and out of the water and swimming around the boat. I just happened to be the only one with paranoia.)
Does your fear of cameras count for video too? If it does why do yu think that is? I'm terrified of being recorded for some reason.
I have a fear of Jack in the boxes…. I don’t know why…
I have a fear of being randomly placed somewhere in the world. So right now, I’m worried that I will get moved from my laptop and be placed somewhere completely different, like in the desert. It’s fucking annoying.
Sorry that was my friend taking the piss, but seriously iut’s a real problem for me. They’re so round and green, it’s crazy! and so pea-like! They creep me out, even thinking about them or seeing them on someone elses plate or in a magazine. Everything reminds me of them too!! Seriously everything is round, footballs, gobstoppers, maltesers, it’s really bad at school if somone has chips wiht mushy peas.
I can’t escape this feeling though, every place I go- even on holidays, it’s ruining my social life and last night i went on a date with this guy from my class but he ordered something that came with peas and I just totally FREAKED OUT. It was so embarassing and now all his mates call me ‘that crazy pea girl’ it’s getting me so down, i have made an appointment with our school couniciller. Like that will help.
i have a fear of girls but im not gay
