They are the same picture, with on of them rotated upside-down. Feel strange huh? BoingBoing says they are called Scheibe Illusion.

Actually something like this illusion can be done using paper money(only those with heads). Fold the head into 3 parts and see it from the top, then rotate it and see it upside-down. I know you won’t be understanding what I’m trying to say. Too bad, I have no camera to shot it down – in future, maybe.
