		<description>hi... when you wash eggs by hand you have to use hot water because the shell is porous and the air is vented out with the hot water and any contaminates do not go into the egg. eg bird droppings... the shoot is sucked in by the reverse action when the egg is placed in cold water and the soot is sticking to the egg inside... i think this is what is happening and after washing thousands of eggs . i think it is right... cheers ...</description>
