If you do notice yesterday, YouTube has been down for a while or so. I thought it will come out with something like the video here.
Today, I check YouTube again – nothing much different. Just that the buttons on the menu, an addition row of “Director Videos”, a bar of your stuff (those My videos thingy) and a simple change of the “Upload” button.
If you are not alert, you won’t know there is any different, it’s just a minor changes of look. Maybe they will have a new design coming out soon, who knows?

BTW the comment column has changed backward.Which means the newest comment would be posted on the 1st row.. This is kinda important since most of them were not watching the newest post before (must click the ‘View all comment’ link,who would like to waste their time by clicking that link..)
