Make PDF files talk

{ December 3, 2006 }

PDF Icon Are you someone who reads e-books or pdf documents often? You can now listen to pdf documents, and not reading them. It’s nice to try it out for fun, but not to really listen to the whole document. This is because quality of the voice produced is so bad and I think you will rather read the pdf document by your own. If you haven’t try it out before, it won’t harm though just for fun.

  1. Open your pdf document
  2. Ctrl+shift+b – Listen to the entire document
    Ctrl+shift+v – Listen to the current page you are viewing
    Ctrl+shift+c – Resume
    Ctrl+shift+e – Stop

Note: It will only work on Adobe Reader 6.0 / 7.0
