I'm disappointed with WPWebHost overall. I signed up a client because at the time they were one of the few hosts to offer shared WPMU/Buddypress hosting. We have not had problems with bandwidth since our traffic is moderate, and only some minor issues with performance. However, their support is not fully 24 hours, since even for simple technical changes they may route you to customer service which is available only during Malaysian business hours (they are run by Exabytes, a Malaysian company). Yes, they are friendly, but definitely not recommended.

All my domain on wpwebhost suspened today due overload the server, im wondering why my small sites overloaded the server? Just let you know, wpwebhost cant work with YARPP plugin, because its take a lot of cpu resources, now im looking for new hosting provider.

The first two months was totally awesome, with 99.93% and 99.97% of uptime respectively. But it suffers a little for April, with 54 minutes downtime to date, meaning it will definitely not make it to the promised 99.9%.

I will try to ask for a refund that month, see if they keep their promise.

I am also looking for a new host for one of my websites (netbookfreeware.com), that does not gets lots of traffic right now. Just wanted to check with you how is your experience now with HostGator. Is it still going good, or did you face any issues?
