23Domain name is the URL of a website - for example, vincentchow.net
How long is the longest domain name you ever seen since you’ve been introduce to the internet? Please note that subdomains are not consider as the real domain name, like sub.domain.com, you only count the character of “domain”. Or something like domain.com/sub - you too only count the character in the word “domain”.
Today - while surfing as usual, I stumble upon a website with the longest domain name I ever seen - since I’m introduce to the internet years ago. Look at the URLs below.
- http://thelongestlistofthelongeststuffatthelongestdomainnameatlonglast.com
- http://llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwyll-llantysiliogogogoch.com
Man, it really looks crazy to own such domain name, as you will have almost 0% of chance to sell it. No one will buy extremely long domain names, as it is hard to remember - and visitors will not remember the URL and eventually will not return to the website. Anyway, it’s quite unique though.
