Who else can deny that they eat anything in China with now even Wikipedia is included in their menus? For dinner tonight, we are having stir-fried wikipedia, stir-fried wikipedia with pimientos, steam eggs with wikipedia and a barbecued congo eel with wikipedia and fermented bean curd.
Thanks Jimmy of Evolving Web for discovering such wonderful dishes.

So, after much discussion, here is what we think happened.
“Hey I’m making the new menu, what’s the english name for those flat crispy mushrooms?”
“Um, there isn’t one.”
“Well what should I put down here?”
“I don’t know, look it up in wikipedia.”
“What?”
“Wikipedia!”
A comment on that Wikipedia post of Jimmy lead to another wikiepedia dish, with eel.

This is how Wikipedia with peppers looks like:

Just in case the wikipedia dishes can’t fill your stomach, consider grabbing some Wekipedia breads on your way back to hotel.
