P1 has interviewed the first 10 of its P1 W1MAX users and posted the videos on YouTube. Here’s basically the content of the interview. The italics are my opinion.
User experience: Fast and reliable with no dropped connections.
It makes total sense that an ISP will be reliable when its user base is still small. It’s too early to judge now since it might not be as reliable when are huge amount of users connecting at the same time. Time will tell for this one.
Installation:Piece of cake. Plug and play without any configuration.
Customer Service: Great, they even call to inform that they are upgrading and service might be unstable at that time. Problem are solved efficiently.
Definitely a good thing. TMNet, the nation’s largest ISP would not even bother to announce any downtime on their website. Well, again, when the user base is small, it is easier to provide a good customer service. When the user base grows big, most ISPs will hire more operators which know nuts. I hope P1 would not have this problem.
Friend’s Opinion: Most of them are impressed with its speed.

have they mention about service coverage? most of the wimax or wireless broadband companies only interested to cover their neighborhood. = =’
It’s just the initial state. Their coverage will be increased by time. By far I think only very few areas are covered.
