This is a good stereotyping, however due to the globalization process the stereotypes change. As to me, it is partially true. I am nither Asian nor European, or partially Asian and partially European, though the country where I live is more Asian geografically. Thank you so much!

This is wonderful! I would like to use these illustrations as a power point presentation. Do you have them in such a format or may i use these off the site? I am Asian, by the way, and identified with the messages.

Thank you!

I agree with most of them but have no ideas about the restaurants and moods. I have been working with many foreigners and learnt that they also look like Asians. They try to go around the bush, not straight to the point. I think this is the general comparison. Although i am asian and living in an Asian country, i like the way of thinking and solving problems of the Westerns.

It is good and personally I also find it very funny. But I think it is just a perception :) Let me put it in this way: Western culture is based on "individual" and as shown above, an "individual" is not very successful in close groups. Well, it handles such relationships in a different way. For example, with putting a distance in between or with being direct; which are "practical" in its context. As a result, it will never allow a (more) closer relation. So if you look from this point of view - or put the red boxes on the right and the blue ones on the left - then it will be funny from the "east" point of view. No?
