Anyone seen this person before? The Royal Thai Police released this sketch of a suspect of stealing from a bank in Bangkok. The sketch was based on the information provided by eyewitnesses, saying the suspect was wearing a helmet at that time.

So anyone seen this dude before anywhere? I guess it is OK to contact the Royal Thai Police if you saw anyone wearing a helmet on street, which resembles the man in the sketch released.
