Three days ago, Vincent from HeartBeat.com.my (yes, same name) emailed me for a review of his online personalized gift shop. In return, he will send me a personalized mug with a photo of my choice.
I have visited HeartBeat a couple of times even before Vincent contacted me. The website basically allows you to make personalized gift with your own pictures. Products available are t-shirts, mugs, cushions, key chains, mouse pads and ceramic tiles.
One of the worst mistake made by HeartBeat is that not all internet browsers are supported, not even Firefox which is widely used. I am forced to to use internet explorer just to upload the photo I wish to print on the mug.
It would also be nice if we can already know how our mug or whatsoever you are making looks like once the photo is being uploaded. Instead, HeartBeat will only email you the draft on how your product looks like within 24 hours.
The shipping fee is quite reasonable, just RM6 for West Malaysia and RM9 for East Malaysia. If you make a purchase over RM100, delivery would be totally free. Payment can be easily made by either MasterCard, Visa or even by MayBank and RHB Bank.
The design of HeartBeat is wasn’t bad at all, but it can be improved. I feel dizzy after some time looking at it due to its bright colors and flashing banners.
If HeartBeat is kind enough to sponsor us a few t-shirts, I would hold a contest giving them away. Thanks HeartBeat for the mug (will post a photo of it once I received it), and hope they will really consider the t-shirt sponsor.

Which photo did you upload for the mug? Your sleeping photo?
I haven’t upload it yet, most probably will upload the site logo
