I like the part when he shoot. The fighting part is funny too, when he move his little fingers. This is part of a Swedish movie namely Kopps. Feel like seeing the movie if there is an English version (subtitle is fine too) after reading the plot summary.

The movie is about a small town with no crime, and the police station might end up shutting down because of this. In order to stay in business, the cops find their way to increase crime rates. I find this very interesting, only watching a less-than-2-minutes video clip is enough to judge the movie. Here’s the trailer of Kopps.
