Free Burma!

Free Burma

Things are getting worse now in Burma. Hundreds of monks are being massacred and tortured. International journalists are being expelled, cutting off global media coverage of their cruelty. While doing things like dedicating a blog post would probably not change the mind of Burma’s rulers, it might raise awareness among everyone else.

If you are a blogger, you can do your part by writing a “Free Burma!” post and be one of the participant in this effort. For non-bloggers, you can do your part by spreading the words in any other form, like by using social networking websites or just word by mouth to people around you.

Besides, you can also sign the petition. There are currently around 520,000 people around the globe that have signed it. For more news and updates on the situation, head over to Google News, Irrawaddy or Mizzima.

That`s very sad, I saw it on the TV news, that is not fair. Free Burma!

Great job! FREE Burma!!!

Bush slammed the UN and the rulers of Myanmar in his UN speech last week.

The UN must do something, but they never use military force to fight.
That is a huge problem.

Illegal drug fortunes are a BIG part of this.
