How much have you gained through blogging all these while? People are making money off their blog, which can eventually make a living with that. Some people do not monetize their blog, but it uses it to share their own thoughts and allow them to say whatever they want. For now, how much have you given out by blogging?
Answer is not needed, even you are going to tell “nothing”. On 15 of October 2007, which is the Blog Action Day, you are given a chance to do something, for the people, for the plants, for the animals, and for the Earth. All blogs that have registered themselves will be blogging on the very same topic on 15 of October — the environment. It does not matter what field your blog are in, how you are going to write, as long as it is on the environment.
Big blogs including lifehacker, one of the top ten blog on the internet will be also joining the effort. It is the day where all blogs will unite, publish on the same topic, on the same day. Together, we can change the conversation. You, as a blogger no matter how or where you are blogging, should be responsible and take part. Every single blog counts.

I really hope that every single blogger who read this will register their blog and join the effort. The power of blogs is great, and it will be at its best when every single blog unite to do something that will benefit everyone, to raise awareness on how bad the environment is and what we should do to overcome it.
I believe it will going to be big, and together, we will make a difference, we will be able to change the world. For the first time, from the blogging community. We can do it.

Great info on this. I have joined to pledge on Oct 15. However, I hope you do realised that all talk but no actions means nothing. Our daily routines play a more important part in helping mother nature take care of the environment.
