well done Manuel i have battled all my life with weight but not to your extent. After watching you i hope now i can be more determined about doing something. Well done and keep it going hopefully in a year time we will see a different person on the tv.

im proud of you and im glad you are losing weight and i hope you will be the man you are wanting to be soon. You lost alot of weight since a year ago and i watched your episode on T.L.C. last night.
