Tips for the quiz

  • Make sure you click on every screenshot for a larger view
  • Read the content of the website and check for grammar error, phishing sites have grammar errors
  • Check the website address, make sure the domain is right
  • Use common sense

This is just a simple quiz, a real phishing site can be identified easily if you know what to check. The most important one is to check the domain name, if it’s right, it’s genuine - if not, good bye. It’s hard to identify by checking grammar mistakes like the quiz as most phishing sites will just copy and paste the original content of the original site. Most phishing links are spread via emails, so be careful when clicking on links in emails especially to sites like PayPal or online banking.
