It will be 777 on 7th of July 2007, and 7.07 o’clock for more sevens. Wishing everyone a happy 777. This post is configured to be published at 7.07PM +8GMT, written just an hour ago. To make this day more meaningful, I will be giving away $7 to a random commentator.

All you have to do is to comment on this post below and I will randomly pick one winner by Sunday. Blog about this (a.k.a.trackback) and you will have another entry. All first time comments and trackbacks will be moderated. Do not worry if it doesn’t shows up. Payment will only be made via PayPal, with exceptions like if you are my next door neighbor — I will hand you the payment personally.

A video will be made during the winner random picking process. Winner will be announced in the video itself and you will have to watch it in order to know if you are the winner. I will not contact the winner personally and the winner will have to contact me instead.

If the winner did not contact me in a week (7 days after results are out), the $7 will be shared among everyone if possible. In this case, everyone will have a fair one entry, even if you send me a trackback and a comment. Not possible meaning that there are too many entries that each one will only have pennies. Let’s hope everything goes right and have fun.

  4. I don’t have that much, and wouldn’t give out that much too even I have it. Maybe I would give out $88 on next year’s 888 day IF I need no to worry about money anymore by that time. Thanks both for commenting though. Remember to check back on Sunday for the results.

  14. Happy 777 to you too, and everyone else. I tried capturing a video showing the monitor while I use the random number picker with my phone. But it’s too blur that you can’t see a thing. Guess I will use the old school method, by using papers and box or something. ^.^

  32. i should definitely be doing some kind of gambling today 7-7-7 baby, jackpot!
    so i guess this is the equivillant of me gambling on a $7 slot. we’ll see how my luck goes i guess :)

  40. I live in a pretty small city in Canada – and there were 4 dozen weddings performed here today! The day was beautiful and the sun was shining – so it must have been a lucky day.

    My husband and I bought our lotto tickets today as well. In Canada we have a lotto called Super 7. Alot of weddings were giving away these lotto tickets for their wedding favors – trying to share the luck with all their friends and family.

    I wish all good luck on this day – to those who believe in luck or not! :)
