Road Sign in China

You are free to drive around in China, as long as you follow simple road signs like the one above. Do not move forward, turn left and turn right, but anywhere else you like. The Chinese words below the sign reads “Public transports are allowed to turn left”.

Maybe you can have a U-turn, or even reverse your car?
