This is a clothing label from a small American company that sells their product in France. It has some obvious instructions, just like other clothing but with 2 additional lines, stating:
We are sorry that our president is an idiot.
We did not vote for him.
The president stated should be referring to the current President of the United States, George W. Bush. Pity him, it looks like everyone hates him a lot.
