These Canadian officers ram their police car to the man who won’t drop his knife instead of approaching him directly or shot him. The good is that the man can’t do anything as he won’t be able to defend himself over a car, not too stupid to stab the car. The bad is that they might damage things if not handled carefully. I believe most officers in other country wouldn’t do such thing to arrest someone who’s armed.
