Hah, another prank for Windows Vista. Czech painter Jeremiah Palecek has created these error stickers of Windows Vista, showing an error message of “Error: The operation completed successfully“.

Jeremiah did not provide any photos of any offline Windows Vista ads (like banners on streets and so) that have been sticked by those stickers, but Boing Boing manage to publish one of those. Wondering how they get it. You can print those error message windows out, it’s located here. As mentioned by Jeremiah, although it’s fun to see those error stickers stuck on those ads – it may be illegal is most countries.
